Banana & Apple Oats Milkshake

A great, guilt free oats milkshake drink. A good substitute for breakfast or a mid afternoon snack.

25 g Quaker Oats

1/2 peeled banana

1/2 apple

200 ml water

1 tsp honey (optional)

A pinch of cinnamon ( optional)

100 ml cold skimmed milk

Add to basket
  1. Cook the Quaker Oats in a microwave for 2-3 minutes until the mixture becomes thick.
  2. Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature. 
  3. Put the Quaker Oats mixture, banana, apple, cold milk, and honey into a blender and blend on full power.
  4. Serve in a tall glass and garnish with cinnamon powder.
