Whole Oat Crunchies

Preparation:

Cooking: 30 mins

240g sugar

250g margarine

5 tbsp syrup

230g Quaker oats

110g flour

150g coconut

1½ tsp bicarb of soda

Pinch salt (large)

Add to basket
  1. Heat fan oven to 150º. 
  2. Melt margarine, sugar and syrup in large saucepan. 
  3. Add dry ingredients and press into greased baking tray.
  4. Bake for 30 mins.  Cut into squares while warm.
