Fruity Oaties

Preparation:

Cooking:

225g (8oz) self raising flour (or mix half wholemeal flour half self raising flour).

175g (6 oz) sunflower margarine, a little extra for greasing.

175g (6 ¼ oz) Quaker Oats.

175g (6 ¼ oz) soft dark brown sugar.

300g (10 ½ oz) fresh Raspberries or Blueberries, Strawberries or a mix. 

Add to basket

*Heat the oven to 190 ° (gas mark 5) and grease a swiss roll tin.

*Mix the flour and salt then roughly rub in the margarine.

*Add the Quaker Oats and soft brown sugar to the flour mixture then combine using your hands (it should be thick and have a doughy texture).

*Press half the mixture into the greased tin.

*Sprinkle over the raspberries or fruit you are using
