Mincemeat Flapjack

Preparation:

Cooking: 25-30 mins

 

225g Quaker oats

170g soft brown sugar

85g SR flour

170g melted butter/margarine

425g jar of mincemeat

12” x 7” tin

Add to basket

Mix oats, sugar and flour.

Melt butter and stir in

Press half of mixture into tin

Spread with mincemeat

Cover with rest of mixture

Bake at 180⁰C for 25-30 minutes
