Oat Crunch Cereal

Preparation:

Cooking:

450g/16oz Quaker oats

100g/4oz chopped mixed nuts

50g/2oz pumpkin seeds

1tsp vanilla extract

1tbsp sunflower oil

1tbsp golden syrup

6tbsp honey

Add to basket
Preheat the oven to fan 170 degrees and oil a large baking sheet.

In a large mixing bowl stir all the dry ingredients together with the oil, vanilla, golden syrup & honey until well mixed.

Spread our onto the baking sheet and bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes until toasted to a golden crunch, turning the mixture from time to time to prevent it from catching around the edges.

Place the tray on a cooling rack until the granola is completely cool. Sprinkle with a handful of sultanas then break the mixture up and store in an airtight tin for up to a week.
