Maltese Oat Balls

Preparation:

Cooking:

200 grms Quaker Oats

50 grms Carob flour

100 grms whomeal flour

50 grms Sultanas

100ml Skimmed milk

50grms Walnuts

Pinch of Nutmeg

Add to basket

Mix all the ingredients together form balls and bake on Rice Paper for 20 minutes and use gas mark 4.
