Berry Breakfast Blast

A tasty way to start the day with delicious and healthy ingredients. It's great to have at home and portable for the office.
50 g Quaker Oats
1 grated apple
1 grated carrot
2 tblsp raisins
2 chopped dried apricots
2 tblsp nuts of choice
200 ml apple juice or milk (cows, soya or almond)
2 tblsp yoghurt
25 g berries
agave syrup
Add to basket
1. Soak the Quaker oats, grated apple, carrot, dried fruit, nuts in a small tupperware bowl and add the liquid. 

2. Mix together and leave overnight in the fridge. Make sure all the mixture is combined and if needed add more liquid. 

3. In the morning mix again and add yoghurt, berries and agave syrup.
