Oaty Peanut and Banana Milkshake

Cooking:

A twist to the banana milkshake. The perfect way to start the day for those in a hurry.
1 banana
1 sachet of Oats-so-simple
300ml of semi skimmed or full fat milk
1 tbsp of peanut butter
Add to basket
Chop up a banana, place in a bag and freeze over night. 

In the morning place all of the ingredients into a blender and blend together until no bits are left. 

Pour into a glass and enjoy.
