Quaker_Smoothie

Berry Smoothie

Preparation: 5 mins

Cooking: 10 mins

1 banana
handful of blueberries
handful of raspberries
2-4 tsb of vanilla yogurt (or any flavour)
1-2 tsb of peanut butter
large handful of Quaker Oats
grated a little fresh ginger
Add to basket
1. Place all into a beaker and blend with a hand blender. 

2. Add little water or milk to change consistency.
