Dried Apricot, Cinnamon, Apples and Pumpkin Seeds Porridge

Preparation:

Cooking:

40g Quaker oats
300ml milk or water
30g dried apricots
1 chopped red apple
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon pumpkin seeds
Add to basket
Mix 40g of oats with the milk or water in a saucepan and bring to the boil
Simmer for 5 minutes
Remove from heat and transfer to bowl – top with the apricots, apple, cinnamon and seeds.
