Banana and Blueberry Oat Smoothie

Preparation: 10 mins

Cooking:

40g Quaker Oats
250 mls skimmed milk
1 medium banana
14 frozen bluberries
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 teaspoons of honey
1 tablespoon ground flaxseed (optional)
Add to basket
1. Blend all ingredients until it has reached desired thickness (if too thick,add water as required).

Best served cold.
