Cacao Nibs, Chilli Flakes and Lime Zest

    • Quaker Oats 40g
    • Semi skimmed milk or water 300ml
    • Cacao nibs 6g
    • Chilli Flakes 1 teaspoon
    • Lime zest 4g


    • Mix 40g of oats with 300ml of milk or water and bring to the boil.
    • Simmer until oats are thick and creamy.
    • Mix cocoa nibs and chill flakes in a bowl together and pour on top of the oats.
    • Finish with sprinkling lime zet and enjoy.
