Quaker Super Cacao Mousse

    • Quaker Oats 45g
    • Semi skimmed milk 160ml
    • Fat free Greek yogurt 120ml
    • Peanut butter 30g
    • Cocoa powder 2 tbsp
    • Chia seeds 1 tbsp
    • Salt (optional) 1/4 tsp
    • Vanilla 1/2 tsp
    • Honey 1 teaspoon
    • To serve:
    • Walnut 20g
    • Peanut butter 1 tbsp
    • Fat free Greek yogurt 2 tbsp
    • Quaker Oats 1 tsp


  • Add Quaker Oats to your container of choice, pour in milk, yogurt, chia seeds, vanilla, 1 tablespoon for peanut butter, cocoa, honey and salt
  • Cover and place in the fridge (≤ 5˚C) to chill for minimum 6 and maximum 12 hours.
  • Serve topping with Greek yogurt, peanut butter and toasted walnuts
