Unsweetened brown rice milk (or any other low fat, pasteurised or UHT milk)
- Mix the banana, brown rice milk, cinnamon and ginger until smooth in a blender.
- Add the mixture to the other ingredients in a bowl and mix together.
- Transfer the mixture into a clean jar and add an air tight lid.
- Store the jar in the fridge (≤ 5°C) to chill for a minimum 2 and maximum 12 hours.
- The magic happens overnight!
- In the morning remove jar from the fridge and enjoy.
