Blueberry Banana Overnight Oats

Ingredients

    • Quaker Oats 40g
    • Semi skimmed milk 120g
    • Vanilla extract 1 tsp
    • Blueberries 45g
    • Banana, sliced 1/2
    • Chia seeds (optional) 1 tsp
    • Honey 1 tsp

Preparation

  • Add Quaker® Oats to your container of choice and pour in milk and vanilla.
  • Add a layer of blueberries and then a layer of banana slices.
  • Top with a drizzle of honey and, if desired, chia seeds.
  • Cover and place in the fridge (≤ 5˚C) to chill for minimum 2 and maximum 12 hours.
  • Enjoy in the morning!
