Fruit and Nut Granola

Ingredients

    • Quaker Oats 200g
    • Rapeseed oil 50ml
    • Runny honey 40ml
    • Sunflower seeds 50g
    • Pumpkin seeds 50g
    • Chopped walnuts 100g
    • Raisins 75g
    • Dried cranberries 75g

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 170°C.
  • Mix everything together in a large bowl except the dried fruit.
  • Spread mixture evenly in a large roasting tin.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes but take out and turn over mixture every 8-10 minutes.
  • Allow to cool then mix through the dried fruit.
  • Store in airtight container.
