Porridge Gingerbread and Cranberry

Ingredients

    • Quaker Oats 80g
    • Semi-skimmed milk 600ml
    • Ground ginger ½ tsp
    • Dried cranberries 15g
    • Crushed ginger biscuits 20g
    • Honey (optional) 1 tsp

Preparation

  • Heat the milk with the ground ginger.
  • Add the oats and simmer until thick and creamy.
  • Split between two bowls and top with cranberries, crushed biscuits and honey (if desired)
