Orange and Cranberry Porridge

Ingredients

    • Quaker Oats 40g
    • Semi skimmed milk and water mixed 300ml
    • Orange Juice 40ml
    • Dried cranberries 20g

Preparation

  • Mix 40g of oats with the milk and water in a saucepan and bring to the boil.
  • Slowly mix in the orange juice.
  • Simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and transfer to bowl – top with dried cranberries.
