Raspberry and Yoghurt Porridge

Ingredients

    • Quaker Oats 40g
    • Semi skimmed milk or water 300ml
    • Low fat yoghurt 50g
    • Raspberries 30g

Preparation

  • Mix 40g of oats with the milk or water in a saucepan
  • Bring to the boil
  • Simmer for 5 minutes
  • Remove from heat and transfer to bowl
  • Top with the raspberries and yoghurt.
