Raspberry Coconut Overnight Oats

Ingredients

    • Quaker Oats 40g
    • Lemon Juice 1/2 tsp
    • Unsweetened coconut milk 120g
    • Vanilla extract 1/2 tsp
    • Chia seeds 1 tsp
    • Raspberries 90g
    • Shredded coconut 5g
    • Banana 1

Preparation

  • Add Quaker Oats to your container of choice and pour in the mixture of milk, lemon juice, and vanilla extract.
  • Add chia seeds. Alternate between layers of raspberries, layers of shredded coconut, and layers of banana slices.
  • Cover and place in the fridge (≤ 5˚C) to chill for minimum 2 and maximum 12 hours.
  • Enjoy in the morning!
