Semi skimmed milk
Large Kiwi, peeled & diced
- Add Quaker Oats to your container of choice and pour in milk.
- Alternate between layers of kiwi and layers of pineapple.
- Top off with low-fat yogurt and add chia seeds.
- Cover and place in the fridge (≤ 5˚C) to chill for minimum 2 and maximum 12 hours.
- Enjoy in the morning!
