Tropical Overnight Oats

Ingredients

    • Quaker Oats 40g
    • Semi skimmed milk 120g
    • Large Kiwi, peeled & diced 1/2
    • Pineapple, diced 60g
    • Low-fat yogurt 120g
    • Chia seeds 2 tsp

Preparation

  • Add Quaker Oats to your container of choice and pour in milk.
  • Alternate between layers of kiwi and layers of pineapple.
  • Top off with low-fat yogurt and add chia seeds.
  • Cover and place in the fridge (≤ 5˚C) to chill for minimum 2 and maximum 12 hours.
  • Enjoy in the morning!
