Blueberry, Banana and Cinnamon Porridge

Ingredients

    • Quaker Oats 40g
    • Semi skimmed milk or water 300ml
    • Banana, chopped 1/2
    • Blueberries 30g
    • Cinnamon 1 tsp

Preparation

  • Mix 40g of oats with the milk or water in a saucepan and bring to the boil.
  • Simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and transfer to bowl.
  • Top with the chopped banana and blueberries. Sprinkle over the cinnamon.
