Oat Milk

Ingredients

  • Quaker Rolled or Jumbo Oats 110g
  • Fresh or filtered water 1.4l
  • Grapeseed oil 1 tbsp
  • sugar, or the equivalent of whatever sweetener you use 1 tbsp
  • ‘Optional extra’, a few drops of vanilla flavour 1 pinch

Preparation

  • Add the oats and 1 cup of the water to a blender and blend fast for a couple of minutes then add the rest of ingredients and blend for a further 5 minutes
  • Stain through a net/muslin cloth then pour into a glass bottle with a good secure lid and place in fridge
  • Each time you use your oat milk you will have to shake it first as it settles

    Storage Instructions
    Keep in a closed bottle in the fridge

    How long it keeps for
    Up to 3 days

    Suggested 6 servings of 250ml each
