Ingredients
- Gluten free Quaker oats 40g
- Semi skimmed milk or water 240ml
- Apricots, chopped 20g
- Red Apple, chopped 1/2
- Cinnamon 1 tsp
- Pumpkin seeds 1 tsp
Preparation
- Mix 40g of gluten free oats with the milk or water in a saucepan and bring to the boil.
- Simmer for 4 minutes.
- Remove from heat and transfer to bowl.
- Top with chopped apricots, cinnamon, apple and pumpkin seeds.
