Ingredients
- Quaker Oats 40g
- Semi skimmed milk or water 300ml
- Chopped banana half
- Dates 10g
- Sunflower seeds 1 tsp
- Pecan nuts 1 tsp
Preparation
- Mix 40g of oats with the milk or water in a saucepan and bring to the boil.
- Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and transfer to bowl.
- Top with banana and pecan nuts.
