Ingredients

  • Quaker Oats 40g
  • Low-fat semi skimmed milk 120g
  • Low fat Greek yogurt 60g
  • Blueberries 40g
  • Honey 1 tsp

Preparation

  1. Add Quaker Oats to your container of choice, pour in milk, and add in blueberries and Greek yogurt.
  2. Sweeten by topping with honey before refrigerating.
  3. Cover and place in the fridge (≤ 5˚C) to chill for minimum 2 and maximum 12 hours.
  4. Rise, shine, and enjoy!
