Ingredients
- Quaker Oats 40g
- Low-fat semi skimmed milk 120g
- Low fat Greek yogurt 60g
- Blueberries 40g
- Honey 1 tsp
Preparation
- Add Quaker Oats to your container of choice, pour in milk, and add in blueberries and Greek yogurt.
- Sweeten by topping with honey before refrigerating.
- Cover and place in the fridge (≤ 5˚C) to chill for minimum 2 and maximum 12 hours.
