Ingredients
- Quaker Oats 40g
- Semi skimmed milk 120g
- Vanilla extract 1 tsp
- Blueberries 45g
- Banana, sliced 1/2
- Chia seeds (optional) 1 tsp
- Honey 1 tsp
Preparation
- Add Quaker® Oats to your container of choice and pour in milk and vanilla.
- Add a layer of blueberries and then a layer of banana slices.
- Top with a drizzle of honey and, if desired, chia seeds.
- Cover and place in the fridge (≤ 5˚C) to chill for minimum 2 and maximum 12 hours.
- Enjoy in the morning!
