Ingredients
- Quaker Oats 90g
- Chia seeds 1 tsp
- Cold unsweetened pomegranate juice 75g
- Frozen tart cherries 300g
- Low fat plain yogurt 75g
- Semi skimmed or unsweetened dairy alternative such as almond
Preparation
- Place oats, chia seeds and pomegranate juice in blender container.
- Blend until oats are finely ground.
- Add cherries, yogurt and milk.
- Blend until cherries are pureed and mixture is smooth.
