Ingredients
- Quaker Oats 20g
- Lemon juice 1 tsp
- Unsweetened coconut milk 120g
- Fresh mango 100g
- Plain low fat yogurt 80g
- Ground turmeric 1 tsp
- Teaspoon fresh grated ginger 1/2 tsp
- Honey 1 level tsp
- Ice 1/2 cup
Preparation
- Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.\
Tip: For a smoother consistency, microwave the oats with 60ml water for 1 minute, cool, then add to blender.
