Ingredients

  • Quaker Oats 40g
  • Ripe banana 1
  • Unsweetened brown rice milk (or any other low fat, pasteurised or UHT milk) 100ml
  • Cinnamon 1/2 tsp
  • Ground ginger 1/4 tsp
  • Raisins 20g
  • Sunflower seeds 20g

Preparation

  1. Mix the banana, brown rice milk, cinnamon and ginger until smooth in a blender.
  2. Add the mixture to the other ingredients in a bowl and mix together.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a clean jar and add an air tight lid.
  4. Store the jar in the fridge (≤ 5°C) to chill for a minimum 2 and maximum 12 hours.
  5. The magic happens overnight!
  6. In the morning remove jar from the fridge and enjoy.
