Ingredients
- Quaker Oats 40g
- Vanilla powder 1 tsp
- Chia seeds 3 tbsp
- Low fat coconut yoghurt 3 tbsp
- Unsweetened almond milk (or any other low fat or unsweetened pasteurised or UHT milk) 100ml
- Berries to sprinkle on top 40g
Preparation
- Simply mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
- Transfer the mixture into a clean jar and add an air tight lid.
- Store the jar in the fridge (≤ 5°C) to chill for a minimum 2 and maximum 12 hours.
- The magic happens overnight!
- In the morning remove jar from the fridge and enjoy.
