Ingredients

  • Quaker Oats 200g
  • Rapeseed oil 50ml
  • Runny honey 40ml
  • Sunflower seeds 50g
  • Pumpkin seeds 50g
  • Chopped walnuts 100g
  • Raisins 75g
  • Dried cranberries 75g

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 170°C.
  2. Mix everything together in a large bowl except the dried fruit.
  3. Spread mixture evenly in a large roasting tin.
  4. Bake for 30-35 minutes but take out and turn over mixture every 8-10 minutes.
  5. Allow to cool then mix through the dried fruit.
  6. Store in airtight container.
