Ingredients
- Quaker Oats 200g
- Rapeseed oil 50ml
- Runny honey 40ml
- Sunflower seeds 50g
- Pumpkin seeds 50g
- Chopped walnuts 100g
- Raisins 75g
- Dried cranberries 75g
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 170°C.
- Mix everything together in a large bowl except the dried fruit.
- Spread mixture evenly in a large roasting tin.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes but take out and turn over mixture every 8-10 minutes.
- Allow to cool then mix through the dried fruit.
- Store in airtight container.
