Ingredients
- Gluten free Quaker oats 40g
- Water 240ml
- Fresh apple, sliced 1
- Cinnamon 1 tsp
Preparation
- Mix 40g of gluten-free oats with the milk or water in a saucepan and bring to the boil
- Simmer for 4 minutes
- Remove from heat and transfer to bowl
- Top with the chopped apple
- Sprinkle over the cinnamon.
