Ingredients

  • Gluten free Quaker oats 40g
  • Semi skimmed milk or water 240ml
  • Chopped apricot 1
  • Raspberries 30g

Preparation

  1. Mix 40g of oats with the milk or water in a saucepan and bring to the boil
  2. Simmer for 4 minutes
  3. Remove from heat and transfer to bowl
  4. Top with the chopped apricot and cranberries.
