Ingredients

  • Gluten Free Quaker Oats 40g
  • Water 240ml
  • Low fat Greek yoghurt 150g
  • Chopped strawberries 30g

Preparation

  1. Mix the oats and water together in a saucepan and bring to the boil.
  2. Simmer for 4 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and combine with the yoghurt and strawberries.
  4. Mix well and serve.
