Ingredients
- Quaker Oats 40g
- Semi skimmed milk 120g
- Low-fat yogurt 40g
- Almond extract 1/8 tsp
- Mango, diced 90g
- Chia seeds 1 tsp
Preparation
- Add Quaker Oats to your container of choice and pour in milk and low-fat yogurt.
- Mix in almond extract.
- Add a layer of mango.
- Top off with a drizzle of honey and chia seeds.
- Cover and place in the fridge (≤ 5˚C) to chill for minimum 2 and maxumum 12 hours.
- Enjoy in the morning!
