Ingredients

  • Quaker Oats 40g
  • Semi skimmed milk 120g
  • Low-fat yogurt 40g
  • Almond extract 1/8 tsp
  • Mango, diced 90g
  • Chia seeds 1 tsp

Preparation

  1. Add Quaker Oats to your container of choice and pour in milk and low-fat yogurt. 
  2. Mix in almond extract.
  3. Add a layer of mango.
  4. Top off with a drizzle of honey and chia seeds.
  5. Cover and place in the fridge (≤ 5˚C) to chill for minimum 2 and maxumum 12 hours.
  6. Enjoy in the morning!
