Ingredients

  • Quaker Oats 40g
  • Fat free yogurt 120g
  • Semi skimmed milk 120g
  • Chia seeds 2 tsp
  • Blackberries, sliced 40g
  • Raspberries 40g
  • Banana, sliced 40g

Preparation

  1. Add Quaker Oats to your container of choice, pour in milk, add low-fat yogurt, and sprinkle in chia seeds.
  2. Add in combined mixture of sliced blackberries, sliced banana, and raspberries.
  3. Cover and place in the fridge (≤ 5˚C) to chill for minimum 2 and maximum 12 hours.
  4. Enjoy in the morning!
