Ingredients
- Quaker Oats 40g
- Fat free yogurt 120g
- Semi skimmed milk 120g
- Chia seeds 2 tsp
- Blackberries, sliced 40g
- Raspberries 40g
- Banana, sliced 40g
Preparation
- Add Quaker Oats to your container of choice, pour in milk, add low-fat yogurt, and sprinkle in chia seeds.
- Add in combined mixture of sliced blackberries, sliced banana, and raspberries.
- Cover and place in the fridge (≤ 5˚C) to chill for minimum 2 and maximum 12 hours.
- Enjoy in the morning!
