Ingredients
- Quaker Oats 40g
- Semi skimmed milk 120g
- Cacao powder 1/2 tbsp
- Shot warm espresso 1/2
- Vanilla extract 1/16 tsp
- Cinnamon 1/8 tsp
- Banana, sliced 1/2
- Walnuts, crushed 20g
Preparation
- Add Quaker Oats to your container of choice.
- Mix milk, cacao powder, and espresso.
- Add mixture to container and top with vanilla bean, banana, and walnuts.
- Sprinkle cinnamon on top.
- Cover and place in the fridge (≤ 5˚C) to chill for minimum 2 and maximum 12 hours.
- Wake up and enjoy!
