Ingredients

  • Quaker Oats 100g
  • Wheat flour 50g
  • White flour 150g
  • Sugar 3 tbsp
  • Baking powder 3 tbsp
  • Sea salt 1 tsp
  • Milk 500ml
  • Oil 3 tbsp
  • Ripe bananas 4
  • Vanilla Ice Cream 54g

Preparation

  1. Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl and sift together.
  2. Add the milk, oil and mix until smooth.
  3. Pout onto a non-stick frying pan and cook for 2 - 3 minutest each side.
  4. Serve hot with bananas cut into small pieces
  5. As an optional extra for occasional indulgence - add a scoop of vanilla ice cream
