Ingredients
- Quaker Oats 100g
- Wheat flour 50g
- White flour 150g
- Sugar 3 tbsp
- Baking powder 3 tbsp
- Sea salt 1 tsp
- Milk 500ml
- Oil 3 tbsp
- Ripe bananas 4
- Vanilla Ice Cream 54g
Preparation
- Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl and sift together.
- Add the milk, oil and mix until smooth.
- Pout onto a non-stick frying pan and cook for 2 - 3 minutest each side.
- Serve hot with bananas cut into small pieces
- As an optional extra for occasional indulgence - add a scoop of vanilla ice cream
