Ingredients

  • Quaker Oats 40g
  • Semi skimmed milk or water 300ml
  • Peanut Butter 1 teaspoon
  • Banana Medium sized

Preparation

  1. Mix 40g of oats with water or milk and bring to the boil.
  2. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Remove from the heat and transfer to bowl.
  4. Add a teaspoon of peanut butter.
  5. Top with fresh banana and enjoy.
