Ingredients

  • Quaker Oats 40g
  • Semi skimmed milk 100ml
  • Peanut Butter 1 tbsp
  • Medium banana half

Preparation

  1. In the jar mix the oats and milk together.
  2. Top with peanut butter and banana.
  3. Store the jar in the fridge (≤ 5°C) to chill for a minimum 2 and maximum 12 hours.
  4. The magic happens overnight!
  5. In the morning remove jar from the fridge and enjoy.
