Ingredients
- Quaker gluten free oats 40g
- Semi skimmed milk 100ml
- Mixed Pomegranate Seeds, Figs, Almonds and Chia seeds 40g
Preparation
- In the jar mix the oats and milk together.
- Top with a mix of pomegranate, seeds, figs, almonds, and chia seeds.
- Store the jar in the fridge (≤ 5°C) to chill for a minimum 2 and maximum 12 hours.
- The magic happens overnight!
- In the morning remove jar from the fridge and enjoy.
