Ingredients
- Quaker Oats 80g
- Semi-skimmed milk 600ml
- Ground ginger ½ tsp
- Dried cranberries 15g
- Crushed ginger biscuits 20g
- Honey (optional) 1 tsp
Preparation
- Heat the milk with the ground ginger.
- Add the oats and simmer until thick and creamy.
- Split between two bowls and top with cranberries, crushed biscuits and honey (if desired)
