Ingredients
- Quaker Oats 45g
- Semi skimmed milk 160ml
- Fat free Greek yogurt 120ml
- Peanut butter 30g
- Cocoa powder 2 tbsp
- Chia seeds 1 tbsp
- Salt (optional) 1/4 tsp
- Vanilla 1/2 tsp
- Honey 1 teaspoon

To serve:
- Walnut 20g
- Peanut butter 1 tbsp
- Fat free Greek yogurt 2 tbsp
- Quaker Oats 1 tsp
Preparation
- Add Quaker Oats to your container of choice, pour in milk, yogurt, chia seeds, vanilla, 1 tablespoon for peanut butter, cocoa, honey and salt
- Cover and place in the fridge (≤ 5˚C) to chill for minimum 6 and maximum 12 hours.
- Serve topping with Greek yogurt, peanut butter and toasted walnuts
