Ingredients
- Quaker Oats 10g
- Chopped avocado 40g
- Fresh spinach 40g
- Chopped mango 40g
- unsweetened Coconut milk 120g
- Grated coconut 10g
- Chopped mango 20g
- Chia seeds to serve 1 tbsp
- Cashew 10g
Preparation
- Add the spinach, Quaker Oats, mango, avocado and coconut milk in a high-powered blender and blend.
- Depending on the power of the appliance, you may need to stop it, stir the ingredients and then continue blending.
- Transfer to a bowl, and add toppings: chopped mango, chia seeds, shredded coconut and cashew or toasted walnuts.
