Ingredients
- Quaker Oats 45g
- Semi skimmed milk 120g
- Banana 1
- Butter 1 tsp
- eggs 2
- Cooked quinoa 85g
- Ground cinnamon 1/2 tsp
- Baking soda 1/2 tsp
- Baking powder 1/2 tsp
- Salt (optional) 1/4 tsp
- Strawberries in halves 45g
- Walnuts 20g
- Maple syrup 1 tsp
- Coconut oil 1 tsp
Preparation
- Mix the all the ingredients in a blender.
- In a nonstick pan heat a teaspoon of coconut oil and pour a spoon of the mixture.
- Cook for 2 minutes, and when bubbles start to appear in the pancake top, turn over and cook until lightly browned.
- Repeat with the rest of the mixture.
- Serve with strawberries, walnuts and maple syrup.
