Ingredients

  • Quaker Oats 45g
  • Semi skimmed milk 120g
  • Banana 1
  • Butter 1 tsp
  • eggs 2
  • Cooked quinoa 85g
  • Ground cinnamon 1/2 tsp
  • Baking soda 1/2 tsp
  • Baking powder 1/2 tsp
  • Salt (optional) 1/4 tsp
  • Strawberries in halves 45g
  • Walnuts 20g
  • Maple syrup 1 tsp
  • Coconut oil 1 tsp

Preparation

  1. Mix the all the ingredients in a blender.
  2. In a nonstick pan heat a teaspoon of coconut oil and pour a spoon of the mixture.
  3. Cook for 2 minutes, and when bubbles start to appear in the pancake top, turn over and cook until lightly browned.
  4. Repeat with the rest of the mixture.
  5. Serve with strawberries, walnuts and maple syrup.
