Ingredients
- Quaker Oats 40g
- Semi skimmed milk or water 300ml
- Low fat yoghurt 50g
- Raspberries 30g
Preparation
- Mix 40g of oats with the milk or water in a saucepan
- Bring to the boil
- Simmer for 5 minutes
- Remove from heat and transfer to bowl
- Top with the raspberries and yoghurt.
