Ingredients

  • Quaker Oats 40g
  • Semi skimmed milk or water 300ml
  • Low fat yoghurt 50g
  • Raspberries 30g

Preparation

  1. Mix 40g of oats with the milk or water in a saucepan
  2. Bring to the boil
  3. Simmer for 5 minutes
  4. Remove from heat and transfer to bowl
  5. Top with the raspberries and yoghurt.
