Ingredients
- Quaker Oats 40g
- Lemon Juice 1/2 tsp
- Unsweetened coconut milk 120g
- Vanilla extract 1/2 tsp
- Chia seeds 1 tsp
- Raspberries 90g
- Shredded coconut 5g
- Banana 1
Preparation
- Add Quaker Oats to your container of choice and pour in the mixture of milk, lemon juice, and vanilla extract.
- Add chia seeds. Alternate between layers of raspberries, layers of shredded coconut, and layers of banana slices.
- Cover and place in the fridge (≤ 5˚C) to chill for minimum 2 and maximum 12 hours.
- Enjoy in the morning!
