Ingredients

  • Quaker Oats 40g
  • Lemon Juice 1/2 tsp
  • Unsweetened coconut milk 120g
  • Vanilla extract 1/2 tsp
  • Chia seeds 1 tsp
  • Raspberries 90g
  • Shredded coconut 5g
  • Banana 1

Preparation

  1. Add Quaker Oats to your container of choice and pour in the mixture of milk, lemon juice, and vanilla extract.
  2. Add chia seeds. Alternate between layers of raspberries, layers of shredded coconut, and layers of banana slices.
  3. Cover and place in the fridge (≤ 5˚C) to chill for minimum 2 and maximum 12 hours.
  4. Enjoy in the morning!
