Ingredients
- 40g Quaker Jumbo Oats
- 80g low fat vanilla yoghurt
- 25g low fat cream cheese
- 100ml skimmed milk
- 1tsp honey
- 2tsp chia seeds
- 4-5 sliced strawberries
- Pinch of salt
- Optional topping: 1tsp crushed caramelised biscuit
Preparation
- Mix your Quaker Jumbo Oats with all your ingredients in a bowl.
- Transfer your combined mixture into a container of your choice.
- Place in the fridge overnight and let the Jumbo Oats absorb all the delicious flavours.
- For an extra crunch, why not sprinkle with caramelised biscuit? Serve and enjoy!
