Ingredients

  • Quaker Oats 40g
  • Semi skimmed milk or water 300ml
  • Low Fat Greek Yoghurt 150g
  • Chopped Strawberries 30g

Preparation

  1. Chop up fresh strawberries and place in a bowl.
  2. Mix 40g of oats with 300ml of milk or water and bring to the boil.
  3. Simmer until oats are thick and creamy.
  4. Dollop 150g of Greek yoghurt.
  5. Top with the chopped strawberries.
