Ingredients
- Quaker Oats 40g
- Semi skimmed milk or water 300ml
- Low Fat Greek Yoghurt 150g
- Chopped Strawberries 30g
Preparation
- Chop up fresh strawberries and place in a bowl.
- Mix 40g of oats with 300ml of milk or water and bring to the boil.
- Simmer until oats are thick and creamy.
- Dollop 150g of Greek yoghurt.
- Top with the chopped strawberries.
